Making Decisions With Aspergers Is Hard

Making Decisions with Aspergers Syndrome is hard, because change is hard. If you give me 6 different choices I may get very frustrated, because I can’t make a decision. Some people on the autistic spectrum disorder go into melt downs when they’re presented with too many choices. Two choices can be too many. So, how do you deal with us when we can’t make choices? It varies from person to person, but if the person knows me well enough they’ll narrow it down to two choices.

I wish it was easier to make choices with Aspergers Syndrome, but it isn’t.
